老年糖尿病患者HbA1C、血脂水平分析

Analysis of HbA1C and blood lipids levels in elderly patients with diabetes

目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血脂水平的异常变化及其相关性。方法选取2008年7月~2011年9月来我院接受2型糖尿病治疗的患者120例，按照患者病情严重程度的不同依次分为轻度组和重度组，选取健康体检者60例，作为对照组，分别以三组患者的血脂谱及心脑血管疾病的发生情况作为临床观察指标，并使用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行统计学分析。结果轻度组及重度组的血脂谱指标值均明显高于对照组患者，重度组的各项血脂谱指标值均明显高于轻度组患者，P＜0.05或P＜0.01；轻度组及重度组患者心脑血管病变的发病率高于对照组患者，重度组患者心脑血管病变的发生率高于轻度组患者，P＜0.01。结论老年糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血脂的异常变化与患者病情的严重程度呈正相关，且糖化血红蛋白与血脂的异常变化可增加患者心脑血管疾病的发生率，因此老年糖尿病患者在治疗过程中密切监测糖化血红蛋白与血脂水平，并给予合理的治疗，以避免心脑血管疾病的发生。

Objective To investigate the abnormal changes and correlation of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids levels in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who received the treatment in our hospital from July 2008 to September 2011 were selected. All patients were divided into the mild group and the sever group according to the severity of the type 2 diabetes, and 60 healthy examination people were selected as the control group. The blood lipids profile and incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of patients in the three groups were as the clinical observation indexes, and analyzed by using the SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results The values of blood lipids profile indexes of the mild group and the sever group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the values of blood lipids profile indexes of the sever group were significantly higher than those of the mild group, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01; The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the mild group and the sever group were higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the sever group was higher than that of the mild group, P〈0.01. Conclusion There is positive correlation between abnormal changes of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids and the severity of diabetes in elderly patients with diabetes, and the abnormal changes of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids will lead to increase the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Therefore the glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids levels of the elderly patients with diabetes should be monitored closely during the treatment, and given reasonable treatment for avoiding the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
