摘要
从别墅的选址、道路规划、景观规划、公建配套设施规划四个方面探讨当代别墅区规划设计原则和方法,指出当代别墅区的规划设计不仅要满足物质生活的需要,更要符合精神生活的需求。
This paper discussed the planning and design principles and methods of contemporary villa area from villa site selection, road plan- ning, landscape planning, public facilities planning four aspects, pointed out that the planning and design of contemporary villas not＇only to meet the needs of material life, but also to meet the needs of spiritual life.
