摘要
以汇锦苑项目工程为例,对其用地的特殊性进行了分析,介绍了其规划布局形式,从建筑单体设计、道路系统规划、绿地、消防、节能规划设计方面探讨了具体的规划思路,以达到城市形象与居民生活需求的和谐统一。
Taking the I-Iuijinyuan project as an example, this paper analyzed the particularity of its land use, introduced its standard layout, dis- cussed the specific planning ideas from construction monomer design, road system planning, green, fire protection, energy conservation planning and design aspects, in order to reach harmony of city image and people＇ s life.
