从住宅建筑两种主要结构形式钢筋混凝土结构和混合结构房屋产生的几种常见裂缝着手,分析了裂缝形成的原因,并提出了防止裂缝产生的对应措施,以确保住宅建筑质量满足居民需求。

From several common cracks caused by reinforced concrete structure and mixed structure buildings two major structure types of resi- dential buildings, this paper analyzed the forming reasons of cracks, and put forward corresponding measures to prevent cracks, in order to en- sure the residential buildings quality to meet the needs of residents.
