This paper briefly introduced the purpose and characteristics of building deformation monitoring, and combining with engineering ex- ample, analyzed in detail the choice and adjustment of observation method of subject incline, pointed out under complicated environment condi- tion, in order to improve the accuracy of measurement, combining with the actual situation adjustment the measurement method was necessary.
