摘要
满足老年人的医疗需求、提高老年人的生命质量不仅有助于"健康老龄化"目标的实现,更有利于社会的和谐与稳定。现阶段,由于法律法规不健全、制度设计不合理等原因,老年人社区医疗服务的作用不能有效发挥。应在分析和借鉴国外社区医疗服务相关法律和政策的基础上,从立法指导思想和具体制度设计的角度提出完善我国老年人社区医疗服务的对策。
To meet the requirements of health service for senior citizens as well as the improvement of their living quality is not only helpful for the realization of ＂healthy aging＂, but also for the harmony and stability of the society. Currently, due to certain reasons, such as the imperfect rules and regulations, as well as the unrea- sonable design of the system, etc. , the community health service for senior citizens can not be in full function. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing and referring to laws and principles about community health service a- broad, a new strategy will be put forward to further improve the community health service for senior citizens from perspectives of legislation guiding ideology and the design of specific rules and regulations.
