抗菌药物不良反应146例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Antibacterial Drugs in 146 Cases

目的回顾性分析临床抗菌药物不良反应的规律和特点,探讨合理用药方法.方法对146例不良反应报告进行回顾性分析,并按照患者自然情况、给药途径、药物种类、累及器官进行分类统计分析.结果出现不良反应的患者中女性占59.59%,高于男性患者;静脉给药是引起不良反应最多的给药途径;喹诺酮类药物引起的不良反应较多,也较为严重;在不良反应中最常见的是过敏反应,其次是胃肠道反应.结论应重视抗菌药物不良反应检测体系的建立,针对患者在用药过程中易出现的问题找出合理的解决方法.

Objective To analysis retrospectively the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions of clinical antimicrobial strategy and to explore the methods for the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Method 146 cases of adverse reaction reports were retrospectively analyzed and according to the patients＇ natural information, route of administration, drug kinds and the involved organs, the adverse reactions were classified by statistical analysis. Results Female patients with adverse reactions accounted for 59.59% , which was higher than that of male patients;intravenous administration was the most common administration route to induce adverse reactions;adverse reactions of quinolones were more and severer, the most common adverse reactions were the allergic reactions, followed by gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the establishment of adverse drug reaction monitoring system for antimicrobial agents. An attempt should be made to find the methods for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs aiming at the problems in the clinical application of antimicrobial agents.
