肝硬化患者血清sICAM-1水平变化与肝功能关系探讨

Relation between serum soluable intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and liver function of patients with liver cirrhosis

为了解肝硬化 (L C)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)水平的变化及其与患者肝功能损伤的关系 ,用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)检测 17例正常人和 33例 L C患者的血清 s ICAM- 1。结果显示 ,L C患者血清 s ICAM- 1水平显著高于对照组 (HC) ,且在肝功能分级中 ,呈现 Child C>Child B>Child A的规律。相关分析显示 ,L C患者血清 s ICAM- 1与总胆红素 (TB)及谷丙转氨酶 (AL T)均呈明显正相关。提示 L C患者血清 s ICAM-1升高与肝细胞损伤有关 ,可反映 L C的严重程度。

To investigate the level of serum soluable intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1)and assess its role on liver function injury in the cases of liver cirrhosis The sICAM 1 was measured in serum samples collected from 17 healthy controls and 33 liver cirrhosis patients Results showed that serum sICAM 1 of cirrhotic patients were significantly higher than that of healthy controls Comparisions among the level of serum sICAM 1 classified by liver function were shown as follows Child C>Child B>Child A The concentration of serum sICAM 1 covaried positively with the levels of serum total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase This suggests that the increse of serum sICAM 1 is closely associated with the injury of hepatic cells and liver function which reflects the severity of liver cirrhosis
