不同术式修复指远端不全缺损疗效对比分析

Treatment effect of 5 methods of repairing finger distal defect

为探讨修复指远端不全缺损的最佳术式 ,用五种不同修复术式修复 181例患者的 2 6 2个患指 ,并对创面覆盖物的颜色、质地、出汗情况、温度、感觉、皮下组织多少和患指使用情况等七项指标进行了对比分析。结果显示 ,近节指背逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣和邻指皮瓣修复法的疗效较好 ,且前者明显优于后者 ;其次是全厚皮肤移植 ;臂及腹部皮瓣的各项随诊指标均较前三者差。提示近节指背逆行筋膜蒂皮瓣 I期同指转移是修复同指远端不全缺损的最佳术式。
