固定铅门技术在鼻咽癌调强放疗中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 美国瓦里安医用直线加速器的MLC独特驱动设置会使大靶区(X〉14cm)的射野产生1~3个分野,这大大增加了控制点数目、机器跳数和患者的治疗时间。而鼻咽癌靶区范围很大,分野调强计划中几乎每个射野均会产生分野,分野的增加带来了更多的控制点数目和机器跳数,延长了患者的治疗时间。基于此,本研究针对前期的调强治疗计划进行了回顾性研究,着重关注固定铅门技术对鼻咽癌调强计划中各个参数的影响。
