干细胞移植治疗帕金森病的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 帕金森病是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,药物治疗只能相应缓解症状,但是不能阻止疾病的进展,手术治疗相对比较危险,副作用大。干细胞移植治疗帕金森病成为现在科学界的研究主题,因为干细胞具备多向分化潜能和自我更新能力,可在一定的条件下分化为神经细胞,是现代神经生物学研究的热点之一,具有广阔的应用前景。本文中作者就多种干细胞移植治疗帕金森病的研究进展作一综述。
