碧兰在牙体牙髓病治疗中的疗效观察

目的探究碧兰在牙体牙髓病治疗中的临床疗效。方法对2011年5月至2013年2月在我院进行治疗的90例牙体牙髓病的患者进行分组,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各45例,其中实验组患者采用碧兰进行麻醉,对照组患者采用利多卡因进行麻醉,对两组患者的麻醉效果及患者满意度进行比较。结果实验组患者总有效率为95.56%,无效麻醉率为4.44%,对照组患者总有效率为86.67%,无效麻醉率为13.33%;实验组患者满意率为97.78%,对照组患者满意率为88.89%,且均具有显著差异,P<0.05说明其具有统计学意义。结论碧兰在牙体牙髓病治疗中可以获得良好的麻醉效果,患者的满意度高,临床值得推广。

Objective To explore the Primacies in the treatment of dental disease clinical efficacy. Methods May 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital for treatment of 90 cases of dental disease in patients grouped randomLy divided into experimental group and control group of 45 people, including the experimental group were treated with primacies anesthesia, the control group treated with lidocaine anesthesia, anesthetic effect on the two groups of patients and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95.56% of patients, ineffective anesthesia was 4.44% in the control group, the total effective rate was 86.67% of patients, ineffective anesthesia was 13.33%; experimental group was 97.78% patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction rate of the control group 88.89%, and there were significant difference, P0.05 illustrate its statistical significance. Conclusion Primacies＇ in the treatment of dental disease can get good anesthesia, the patient＇s satisfaction is high, clinical worthy of promotion.
