窄带成像在咽喉病变诊断中应用的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨窄带成像(narrow band imaging,NBI)在咽喉病变诊断中的应用价值,希望为咽喉病变诊断探索出新思路,对现有的诊断提供有价值的补充。方法对2011年7月至2011年11月135例怀疑存在咽喉病变病例行NBI模式下镜检与活检,对咽喉黏膜正常及病理条件下NBI模式下血管形态进行归纳与分析,探讨NBI在咽喉病变诊断的价值。结果鼻咽炎92例;鼻咽部囊肿5例;鼻咽部、喉部非典型增生各3例;扁桃体癌2例;余下30例为鼻咽癌。NBI模式下,正常鼻咽部淋巴组织通常为鹅卵石样分布;囊肿的表浅黏膜血管稍扩张,纹理正常;不典型增生的血管形态体现为点状改变,病变边界清晰;浸润癌则体现为表浅血管迂曲、蚓状改变。结论 NBI技术有望成为包括鼻咽癌在内的咽喉病变诊断的有效补充,值得大力推广。 Objective Investigating the value of NBI application in diagnosis of pars laryngeal tumor.Hopping to search for a new idea. Methods Examining 135 cases doubting of pars laryngeal affection by NBI, analysis the shape of blood vessel in the mode of NBI, investigating the value of NBI jn the diagnosis of diagnosis of pars laryngeal affection. Results Each pathologicalchanges present different feature. Conclusion NBI technology is expected to become the supplement throat lesions diagnostic methods included nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and it is worth popularizing.
