微创穿刺引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿61例临床疗效分析

Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Puncture and Suction Drainage in 61 Cases of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

目的探讨微创穿刺引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2013年3月我院采用穿刺引流术治疗61例慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床资料。结果全组61例微创穿刺引流手术均获成功,其中治愈57例(93.44%),复发4例(6.56%),无合并症,无死亡病例。结论微创穿刺引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿具有安全简便、疗效好、创伤小及并发症少等优点,可作为慢性硬膜下血肿的有效治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of minimally invasive operation（puncture, aspiration and drainage） for chronic subdural hematoma（CSDH）. Methods The clinical data were collected and analyzed for 61 cases with chronic subdural hematoma at our hospital from January 2006 to March 2013. They underwent minimally invasive operation（puncture, aspiration and drainage）. Results Intracranial puncture and drainage was successfully performed in all the patients. 57 of 61 cases were cured（93.44%）, recurrence occurred in 4（6.56%）, no complications and no mortality existed. Conclusions Minimally invasive operation deserve clinical application due to the advantages such as simpleness, security and convenience, good curative effect, slight trauma and few complications.
