应用蛇头穴刺络放血疗法治疗带状疱疹的免疫学机制分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨蛇头穴刺络放血疗法治疗带状疱疹的免疫学机制。方法将80例带状疱疹患者随机分成两组,实验组(蛇头穴刺络放血治疗组)40例,对照组(传统治疗组)40例,分别于治疗前及治疗后采集患者血液,检测T淋巴细胞亚群及血清IL-2、IgG,以58例健康人为正常人组,对结果进行对比分析。结果带状疱疹患者治疗前CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IL-2、IgG水平显著低于正常人组,而CD8水平与正常人组无显著性差异。实验组治疗后,CD3水平显著上升,但仍低于正常人组,CD8水平显著降低,CD4/CD8、IL-2、IgG水平显著升高,达正常人水平。对照组治疗后,CD3水平显著上升,但仍低于对照组,CD4水平显著高于治疗前,CD8水平较治疗前显著降低,IgG水平与治疗前相比无显著性差异,仍低于正常人组。结论带状疱疹患者体内免疫状态的改变,参与了带状疱疹的发生与发展病程;蛇头穴刺络放血疗法对于提高患者IgG的含量,改善患者体液免疫方面,优于传统治疗方法。
