导乐分娩在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠经阴分娩中的应用

The Application of Doula Childbirth Scar Uterine Pregnancy, Vaginal Delivery Again

目的探讨导乐分娩应用于瘢痕子宫再次妊娠经阴分娩中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析200例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇年龄、孕产史、分娩孕周、焦虑程度、分娩方式、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分等情况等临床情况,并根据其是否采取导乐分娩分别纳入导乐分娩组(观察组)与非导乐分娩组(对照组)。结果观察组产妇焦虑程度、剖宫产率、产后出血量均低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导乐陪伴分娩可有效瘢痕子宫再次妊娠经阴分娩的再次剖宫产率,减少产后出血量,解除或降低产妇的焦虑程度,从而明显改善母儿围产结局。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the Doula delivery applied to vaginal birth after cesarean. Methods The clinical circumstances of both observation group and control group were analyzed based on retrospective analysis. Results The degree of anxiety, the rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were＇ higher than the control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The doula delivery can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, the degree of anxiety and improve perinatal outcome obviously.
