微创内固定术比照带锁髓内钉术治疗股骨远端骨折的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究微创内固定术比照带锁髓内钉术治疗股骨远端骨折的应用效果。方法研究组采用AO微创内固定术进行治疗,参照组采用股骨踝上带锁髓内钉术进行治疗。对比两组的手术、术后愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组A型骨折手术情况无显著差异,两组C型骨折手术情况有显著差异。随访结果示,无骨髓炎或脂肪栓塞等发生。2人发生轻度切口感染,换药后痊愈;3人其交锁髓内钉锁钉发生断裂,1人其股骨髁上交锁髓内钉远端锁钉部位发生疼痛,1人因骨不连后行二次手术进行植骨方愈合。结论微创内固定术与带锁髓内钉术治疗股骨远端骨折其临床效果均确切,其中在股骨远端C型骨折的手术治疗上,微创内固定术更具有临床优势。
