百令胶囊对COPD稳定期患者生活质量及细胞因子的影响

Bailing Capsule on Quality of Life in Patients with Stable COPD and Cytokines

目的观察百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能、生活质量及细胞因子的影响。方法将100例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,对照组采用一般治疗,治疗组在一般治疗基础上加服百令胶囊,疗程6个月,治疗前后观察两组肺功能、血气分析、6分钟步行距离、CAT评分及血清TNF-α、IL-8水平的变化。结果治疗6个月后,实验组与治疗前相比有显著性差异,治疗后实验组较对照组差异均有统计学意义。结论百令胶囊具有减轻炎症反应和改善肺功能的作用,可以提高生活质量,进而延缓COPD的进展。

Objective To observe the effect of Bailing Capsule on quality of life and lung function, cytokines in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 cases of patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into two groups, control group with general treatment, the treatment group on the basis of general treatment combined with Bailing capsule, treatment for 6 months, to observe the change of pulmonary function in the two groups, blood gas analysis, 6 minutes walking distance, CAT score and serum TNF-α, IL-8 level before and after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment, the experimental group compared with those before treatment had signiifcant difference after treatment, experimental group than in the control group, the difference had statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Bailing capsule can reduce inlfammation and improve the lung function, can improve the quality of life, and delay the progress of COPD.
