摘要
目的 研究肺炎支原体感染和外周血白细胞介素-5 (IL-5)水平与儿童哮喘的关系.方法 选择2011年2月~2013年2月于辽河油田总医院儿科就诊的哮喘患儿82例作为观察组,同期健康体检儿童78例作为对照组.对两组患儿进行血清肺炎支原体抗体IgM (MP-IgM)检测;将观察组分为MP-IgM阳性组与MP-IgM阴性组,并检测观察组所有患儿血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)及IL-5水平.结果 观察组患儿血清MP-IgM阳性率明显高于对照组(43.90%比16.67%),差异有高度统计学意义(x2=13.96,P<0.01);MP-IgM阳性组血清总IgE水平明显高于MP-IgM阴性组[(457.47±73.51) IU/mL比(314.20±48.27) IU/mL],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);MP-IgM阳性组EOS明显高于MP-IgM阴性组[(417.32±43.78)×106/L比(248.36±35.26)×106/L],差异有高度统计学意义(P< 0.01);MP-IgM阳性组血清IL-5水平明显高于MP-IgM阴性组[(308.34±58.69)ng/L比(87.96±13.42) ng/L],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 肺炎支原体感染和外周血IL-5水平与儿童哮喘密切相关.
Objective To study the correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,the levels of peripheral blood IL-5 and pediatric asthma.Methods 82 cases pediatric asthma in Liaohe Oil Field General Hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as the observation group and 78 physical examination children in the corresponding period were set as the control group.The mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody IgM (MP-IgM) was deteted between the two groups.The patients of the observation group were divided into MP-IgM positive group and MP-IgM negative group,the total levels of serum IgE,peripheral blood eosinophil count (EOS) and levels of IL-5 were tested.Results The positive rate of MP-IgM in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (43.90% vs 16.67%),and the difference was highly statistically significant (x2 =13.96,P < 0.01); the total levels of serum IgE in MP-IgM positive group was significant higher than that in MPIgM negative group [(457.47 ± 73.51) IU/mL vs (314.20 ± 48.27) IU/mL],and the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01); the EOS in MP-IgM positive group was significant higher than that in MP-IgM negative group [(417.32 ± 43.78) × 106/L vs (248.36 ± 35.26) × 106/L],and the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01); the levels of IL-5 in the MP-IgM positive group was significantly higher than that in MP-IgM negative group [(308.34 ± 58.69) ng/L vs (87.96 ±13.42) ng/L],and the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01).Conclusion There is close correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,the levels of peripheral blood IL-5 and pediatric asthma.
