住院糖尿病健康教育执行单的设计与应用效果研究

目的 探讨住院糖尿病健康教育执行单在糖尿病患者中的应用及效果.方法 选择2012年2月～2013年5月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属荆州医院内分泌科住院的920例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组各460例,对照组采用传统口头教育方法,实验组采用住院糖尿病健康教育执行单进行教育,比较两组患者教育后糖尿病知识掌握及行为改变情况.结果 应用住院糖尿病健康教育执行单进行教育效果评估,实验组和对照组患者非常满意的人数分别为456、428例,差异有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）;实验组对疾病知识、饮食治疗、特殊检查、血糖监测、运动治疗、足部护理、低血糖防治的认知明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）;在口服药物的名称、使用时间、剂量及作用时间等方面的认知,对照组和实验组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 在糖尿病患者中应用住院糖尿病健康教育执行单能够增强护士责任心,保证健康教育质量,提高患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度及行为改变,同时增加患者及其家属对医院的满意度.

Objective To investigate the application and effect of the health education check list on the hospitalized patients with diabetic.Methods 920 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic from endocrinology department of Jingzhou Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in February 2012 to May 2013 were divided into control group and experimental group randomly with 460 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional oral education method,while experimental group was given health education application check list.The acquisition of knowledge about diabetes and behavior status were compared between two groups.Results The effect of education was evaluated by the health education check list on the hospitalized patients with diabetic after educated,456 patients were very satisfied in experimental group and 428 patients were very satisfied in control group,the difference was highly statistically significant （P ＜ 0.01）.The number of patients who mastered the knowledge about diabetes,diet therapy,special examinations,blood glucose monitoring,exercise therapy,foot care,prevention,and treatment of hypoglycemia awareness was significantly increased in experimental group compared to control group,the difference was highly statistically significant （P ＜ 0.01）.There is no statistical significance between control group and experimental group in the cognition of oral drug＇s name,usage time,dose,duration of time （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The application of the health education check list on the hospitalized patients with diabetic could strengthen the responsibility of nurses,ensure the quality of health education,improve the acquisition of knowledge about diabetes and behavior change,and increase the hospital satisfaction from patients and their families.
