摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法在留学生脑血管病理论教学中的应用。方法在留学生脑血管病理论教学中,引入PBL方法。PBL教学模式在设计上遵循以病例为引导,以问题为基础,理论与实践相结合原则。调查PBL教学模式的应用效果。结果教学结果调查表明,PBL教学法能很好地调动留学生学习积极性(98.3%),提高综合分析解决问题能力(95.0%)和理论实践相结合能力(94.2%),留学生能熟练掌握诊治脑血管病内容。结论 PBL教学法提高了留学生脑血管病理论教学的教学效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method on cerebrovascular disease (CVD) theory teaching for foreign students.Methods In theory teaching of CVD for foreign students education,the method of problem-based learning (PBL) was introduced to evaluate the teaching qual ity.PBL teaching mode was designed to follow the case as a guide and the problem as a basement,with the full combination of theory and practice.The application effect of PBL teaching method was investigated.Results PBL teaching method could help to manipulate the primitive of foreign students (98.3%) and improve foreign students' comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems related to CVD (95.0%,94.2%).Foreign students could master CVD diagnosis and treatment by using PBL teaching method.Conclusion PBL teaching model has also improved the teaching quality of CVD course,and it is worthy of recommending.
