本文探讨了开展中医预防保健服务体系建设的背景和必要性,并从实践角度研究了浦东新区开展中西医结合公共卫生服务模式的经验和成绩。笔者发现,中医公共卫生服务体系建设适合走中西医结合道路,并应加强专业人才和队伍培养,继续研究开发新的中医预防保健服务提供手段,加强中医预防保健服务的宣传和推广。

The article explores the background and the necessity for the developing TCM preventive health services system,and from a practical point of view,we has researched the integrative medicine experience and achievements of the public health service model in Pudong District.We has found that the TCM public health service system is suited the way of integrative medicine,we should strengthen the training for the professional talents,continue to research and supply the new means for TCM prevention and health,and put in more publicity and promotion.
