Accurate Interpretation of Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test Report and Analysis of Rational Medication

目的:评价临床药师对药敏试验报告的解读与合理用药的价值。方法:检索国内外相关文献,将其进行分析并介绍药敏试验报告的相关知识和指导标准。结果:对药敏报告的正确分析,减少了抗菌药物的滥用和细菌的耐药,提高了疗效。结论:在药敏报告中示细菌耐药的抗菌药物临床治疗一定无效,而敏感的抗菌药物治疗不一定有效;应及时掌握微生物敏感性的最新标准,并加以分析和判断。

Objective：To evaluate the accurate interpretation of antimicrobial susceptibility test report by clinical pharmacists and the analysis of rational medication. Methods：we retrieved the relevant literatures,analyzed them and presented the knowledge and guidance standards of susceptibility testing report. Results：The correct sensitivity analysis report may reduce the abuse of antimicrobial drugs and bacterial resistance and improve the therapeutic effect. Conclusion：It must be invalid for clinical treatment,if we use the resistant antimicrobial in report; It could be effective,if we use the sensitive one. We need to grasp the latest standards of antimicrobial susceptibility,and analyze them and judge so as to guide the rational use of drugs.
