全面优质护理用于预防胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节僵硬的效果观察

Efficacy of Comprehensive Quality Nursing in Prevention of Postoperative Knee Stiffness of Tibial Plateau fractures

目的:探讨预防胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节僵硬的护理要点及对策。方法:2012年3月至2013年5月医院收治的52例胫骨平台骨折患者,按不同的护理方式分为对照组(给予常规护理)和实验组(给予全面优质护理)各26例,对两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况、住院时间、护理满意度进行综合比较。结果:实验组患者膝关节功能恢复总有效率达到96.15%,明显高于对照组(76.92%)(P<0.05);实验组患者住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全面优质护理可明显促进胫骨平台骨折患者术后膝关节功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the nursing countermeasure in the prevention of postoperative knee stiffness of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:52cases with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from March 2012to May 2013were divided into the control group(given routine care)and the experimental group(given comprehensive quality nursing),and the recovery of knee function,hospitalization,nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:The total efficiency of recovery of knee function of the experimental group was 96.15%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hospitalization of the experimental group was less than that of control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive quality nursing has a good effect on the recovery of knee function in postoperative patients with tibial plateau fracture,which is worthy of widely clinical application.
