摘要
目的探讨拜阿司匹林在糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中的安全性以及临床效果。方法随机将60例糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者分为两组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规降糖药控制血糖,同时口服以羟苯磺酸钙质。研究组在此基础上加用拜阿司匹林口服。治疗4周后比较两组的临床疗效以及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,研究组总的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后肝肾功能指标组内和组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拜阿司匹林用于治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,临床效果好。
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy and safety of Bayaspirin for diabetic retinopathy. Methods Selected 60 cases with diabetic retinopathy were divided into study group and control group. Control group was treated by hy- poglycemic drugs, calcium dobesilate. Study group was treated by Bayaspirin based on above treatment. After 4 weeks, clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were compared. Results Total efficacy of study group was 93.3%, and that of control group was 70.0%. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. FBG and 2hPG of two groups had significant difference before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. And there was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Biochemical criterion of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Bayaspirin for diabetic retinopathy shows good clinical efficacy.
