超声心动图对老年肺动脉高压患者右心功能的评价

Analysis ultrasonic heartbeat graph to evaluate right heart function on senile pulmonary artery hypertension patients

目的探讨超声心动图对老年肺动脉高压患者右心功能评价的临床效果。方法选取临床确诊的老年肺动脉高压患者30例为观察组,另选30例健康成年人作为对照组。超声心动图检查两组右心室前后径、右心房横径和肺动脉主干内径,并计算右心室Tei指数。比较分析两组检查结果。结果观察组患者的右心室前后径、右心房横径、肺动脉主干内径和正常对照组相比,显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Sm、Em和Am显著低于对照组(P<0.05),右心室Tei指数和对照组相比,显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图评价老年肺动脉高压患者右心功能具有较高临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic heartbeat graph to evaluate right heart function on senile pulmonary artery hypertension patients. Methods Randomly selected 30 cases of senile pulmonary artery hypertension patients as the observation group ,and 30 healthy aged as the control group.Ultrasonic heartbeat graph examination of two groups of right ventricle anteroposterior diameter,transverse diameter of right atrium, pulmonary artery trunk diameter and right ventricular Tei index calculation were compared. Results Right ventricle anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter of right atrium, pulmonary artery trunk diameter of the observation group were increased signifi- cantly compared with the control group （P〈0.05）;Sm,Em,Am of the observation group were lowered significantly com- pared with the control group （P〈0.05）, but Tei index of the observation group increased than the control group. Con- dusion Ultrasound heartbeat graph to evaluate right heart function on senile pulmonary artery hypertension patients has high clinical value.
