中西医结合治疗复发性口疮的临床疗效研究

The clinical efficacy of curing recurrent aphthous ulcers (RAU) by integrative medicine treatment

目的探讨中西医结合治疗复发性口疮（RAU）的临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年7月～2012年12月间的RAU患者160例，分为西医治疗对照组80例和中西医结合治疗组80例，西医组口服帕夫林胶囊进行治疗，中西医结合组在西医组基础上加用中药进行治疗，然后两组进行比较，观察临床指标。结果经过治疗后中西医结合治疗组和西医对照组比较，溃疡大小、溃疡数目、溃疡充血、溃疡疼痛等临床症状和舌质、舌苔、手足心热等体征均有有不同程度改变，经t检验，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），主要临床症状、体征有明显改善，治疗组效果优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗RAU能明显缓解患者的症状，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of curing recurrent aphthous ulcers （RAU） by integrative medicine treatment. Methods Samples from 160 RAU patients of our hospital from July 2009 to December 2012 were divided into two groups.80 cases were in the western medicine treatment group in which Pavlin capsules orally used, the other 80 cases ,in the integrative treatment group, add chinese medicine to the treatment. Observe the clinical in- dicators by comparing these two groups. Results After the comparison of these two groups,clinical symptoms including ulcer size,number of ulcers, ulcer scongestion, ulcer pain and signs of tongue body, tongue, dysphoria heat were changed to varying degrees with statistical significance by t test.The improvement rates indicated by all the clinical indictors were better from integrative medicine treatment of RAU patients than the western medicine treatment. Con- clusion Integrative Medicine treatment in RAU patients can significantly alleviate the symptoms, which should be widely applied.
