摘要
目的探讨成人口腔颌面间隙感染伴发高血糖的分类和管理。方法考察住院患者35例,包括高血糖组(HG)17例,糖调节正常组(NGT)18例。结果高血糖有4种:糖尿病8例(组成糖尿病组,DM)、糖调节受损3例、应激性高血糖4例、应用糖皮质激素继发高血糖2例(后三种组成非糖尿病高血糖组,NDH)。比较平均治疗日及平均治疗费,HG和DM均分别高于NGT(均P<0.05);DM分别高于NDH(均P<0.05)。结论成人口腔颌面间隙感染伴发的高血糖有四种;随着血糖升高,平均治疗日和平均治疗费增加。
Objective To study the classification and management of hyperglycemia in fascial space infection of oral and maxillofacial regions in adults. Methods A total of 35 inpatients were investigated, included 17 patients with hyperglycemia （Group Hyperglycemia, HG）, and 18 patients with normal glucose tolerance （Group Normal Glucose Tolerance, NGT）as control. Results There were four types of concomitant hyperglycemia： type 2 diabetes mellitus （Group Diabetes Mellitus, DM, n = 8）; impaired glucose regulation （n ： 3）;stress hyperglycemia（n=4）; glucocorticoid-associ- ated hyperglycemia （n = 2）; and the latter three made up Group non-diabetic hyperglycemia （NDH, n=7）.The mean of cure days（P 〈 0.05） and cure cost（P 〈 0.05） were more in DM and HG than those in NGT, respectively. And The mean of cure days（P 〈 0.05） and cure cost（P 〈 0.05） were more in DM than those in NDH. Conclusion There were four types of concomitant hyperglycemia in the course of fascial space infection of oral and maxillofacial regions in adult patients. The cure time and the cure cost rose along with the aggravation of hyperglycemia in the course of fascial space infection of oral and maxillofacial regions in adult patients.
