泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术67例并发症分析

Complications analysis of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery on 67 cases in urology surgery

目的 探讨泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术并发症原因及处理对策. 方法对我院2011年1月~2013年1月间泌尿外科采用后腹腔镜治疗的67例并发症患者进行分析,观察其并发症发生原因、处理方法并制定预防对策. 结果 67例发生后腹腔镜手术并发症患者中,术中发生44例,占65.67%;术后23例,占34.33%.4例患者中转开腹手术治疗,均治愈出院,未见死亡病例. 结论泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术虽具有微创手术的优点,但仍可发生严重并发症,精确操作、了解术区解剖关系及血管走形、按照适应证和禁忌证合理选择病例,均可降低并发症发生.对可能发生并发症进行分析,并制定相应对策,均可降低严重并发症的发生率.

Objective To investigate the causes and countermeasures of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology. Methods Analyzed the data of 67 cases with complications, who were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital, observed the causes of complications, countermeasures and prevention countermeasure. Results Of the 67 cases with complications, who were treated by retroperitoneal la- paroscopic surgery,44 cases happened in the operation, accounting for 65.67%, 23 cases happened after the surgery, accounting for 34.33%. Four patients were converted to open operation treatment, were cured and discharged, no deaths. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology have the advantages of minimally invasive surgery, but it also have a risk of serious complications, accurate operation, acquaintance of the anatomical relations and vascu- lar trend, reasonable selection of the cases according to the indications and contraindications can reduce the complication rate. Analyze the complications may occur, and formulate corresponding measures can reduce the incidence of serious complications.
