欣胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清胃泌素的影响

Influence of Xinwei Granules on Serum Gastrin of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Rats

目的:探讨欣胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠血清胃泌素的影响。方法:采用N-甲基-N'-硝基-亚硝基胍(MNNG)为主的复合因素造模法制备CAG大鼠模型,造模成功后,随机分为6组:模型组,欣胃颗粒高、中、低剂量组,维霉素对照组,空白组(未予造模)。各组给予相应的处理,12周后实验结束,观察各组大鼠的一般状态、胃黏膜组织病理学、血清胃泌素的变化。结果:欣胃颗粒各剂量组大鼠活动度、进食水量等一般状态好转;模型组与空白组比较,血清胃泌素下降;欣胃颗粒高、中、低剂量组与模型组比较,血清胃泌素水平上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欣胃颗粒对CAG大鼠胃黏膜组织病理具有明显的改善作用,同时可以提高大鼠血清胃泌素水平以达到治疗CAG的作用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Xinwei Granules on serum gastrin of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） rats. Methods ： N - methyl - N＇- nitro - nitrosoguanidine （ MNNG ） - based composite element model was used for prepa- ration of CAG rats models, which were randomly divided into 6 groups ： model group, Xinwei Granules high, low dose groups, dimensional DX group, blank control group （without modeling）. Each group was given the corresponding treat- ment. 12 weeks after the end of the experiment, rats were observed in the general state, gastric mucosal pathological changes of serum gastrin. Results ： The feeding activity of water and general condition of Xinwei Granules different dosage groups were improved. When model group compared with normal group, the serum gastrin declined When Xinwei Gran- ules high, low dose groups compared with the model group, the serum gastrin level was increased, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Xinwei Granules has obvious improvement effect on CAG rats＇ gas- tric mucosa pathological changes, .at the same time can improve the rats＇ serum gastrin level in order to achieve the effect of treating CAG.
