基于系统生物学组学技术的糖尿病中医药研究思路

Research Ideas of TCM in Diabetes Base on Systems Biology Group Technology

系统生物学是一种整合型大科学,它从系统水平来理解和研究生物学系统,这与以往的以研究个别基因和蛋白为主要内容的经典分子生物学方法不同;我国的传统医学强调机体自身的整体平衡及与自然、社会的和谐统一,是统一的大整体系统观,蕴含着更丰富的系统论思想。基于两者本质的一致性,试对系统生物学的组学技术在糖尿病中医药研究中的应用现状进行阐述和对进一步研究的一些设想。

Systems Biology is a kind of integration science which follows the system level to understand and study bio- logical systems while the classical methods of molecular biology emphasize the research on single gene and protein. Tradi- tional Chinese medicine emphasizes the allover balance of organism and the unified between the nature and society. It is a system view what contains the system theory. Base on the uniformity in the essence of Systems Biology and TCM, we try to expound the present situation of Systems Biology Group technology used in TCM research on diabetes.
