摘要
目的:探究瘦素、脂联素对脂肪肝胰岛素抵抗的影响机制。方法:采用健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、实验组。实验组采用高脂饮食加白酒灌胃建立大鼠脂肪性肝炎模型。通过观察脂肪肝大鼠血清瘦素(Leptin)、脂联素(APN)水平,探究瘦素、脂联素生理病理学特性。结果:实验组大鼠第10周,瘦素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),脂联素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:脂肪肝病患者存在高瘦素血症、低脂联素血症,以致肝脏摄取脂肪增加,加速肝脏脂变、炎症及纤维化的发生。
Objective: To discuss the influence mechanism of leptin and adiponectin on fatty liver with insulin resist- ance. Methods: Health Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group and experimental group. Experimen- tal group established the steatohepatitis rats models by feeding with high -fat food and alcohol. The physiopathological characters of Leptin and APN were explored through their serum level in the rats with fatty liver. Results : In the 10th week, the serum leptin concentration in experimental group was obviously higher than that of the normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), while the expression of APN was distinctly dropped( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Fatty liver patients usually com- plicate with hyperleptinemia and hypoadinectinemia, which will increase the intake of fat, and thus accelerates fat - like change and inflammation and fibrosis.
