骨碎补总黄酮对去卵巢模型大鼠RANKL、E2及骨矿含量影响的实验研究 被引量:14

Effects of Drynaria Total Flavonoids in Ovariectomized Rats about RANKL and E_2 Concentration in Serum and BMC in Thighbone

摘要 目的:探讨用不同浓度的骨碎补总黄酮对去卵巢雌性模型大鼠RANKL、E2水平及股骨BMC的影响。方法:选取3月龄雌性SD大鼠72只,随机分为6组:低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、雌激素组、假手术组和正常组。去卵巢造模成功后予灌胃,并于造模成功后即刻、3个月、6个月每组处死4只大鼠,测定血清RANKL、E2水平,测定右股骨BMC。结果用SPSS17.0软件进行数据分析。结果:治疗6个月后,各治疗组及雌激素组与造模即刻时大鼠血清RANKL水平相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。雌激素与治疗组、假手术组及正常组E2水平有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各治疗组及雌激素组与造模即刻时BMC相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨碎补总黄酮可提高去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠BMC、降低血清RANKL水平,但不能提高血清E2水平。 Objective : It was to explore the effect of dlynaria total flavonoids on serum RANKL, E2 and right thighbone BMC in ovariectomized rats. Methods :3 months old female SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups :low- dose total flavonoids group, middle - close total flavonoids group, high - dose total flavonoids group, estrogen group, sham operation group and normal group. Model was successfully established after ovariectomized and each group was filled. 4 rats of each group were killed at 0,3,6 months after model establishment. Blood samples were collected under sterile conditions. RANKL and E2 concentrations and the right thighbone BMC were measured. SPSS17.0 software was employed for statisti- cal analysis. Results: After 6 months treatment, there were statistical significances between serum RANKL in the treat- ment groups,E2 group and the time building immediately(P 〈0.05). There were statistical significances between serum E2 in the estrogen group and treatment groups, sham operation group and normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were statistical signifieances between BMC in the treatment groups, E2 group and the time building immediately(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Drynaria total flavonoids can reduce the serum RANKL concentration in ovariectomized rats and improve the BMC in tibi- a. But it cam improve the E2 concentration.
