同源异型框基因Cdx2在胃癌发展中的作用

摘要 同源异型框基因及相关蛋白可分为两大家族:HOX及PRAHOX家族.前者包括HOX-A,HOX-B,HOX-C及HOX-D4类,后者包含GsH,Pnx和cnx(CDX l,CDX2,CDX4)。其中CDX2调节着肠上皮细胞的增殖、分化及肠表型的维持,对结肠和小肠上皮的发育起着关键的作用。近年来CDX2在胃癌发生发展中的作用日益受到人们的关注,对上述作用作一综述。 Caudal- related Homeobox Genes and related protein can be divided into two families:HOX and PRA-HOX. HOX family includes HOX - A, HOX - B, HOX - C and HOX - D4, and PRAHOX family contains GsH, Pnx and cnx (CDX1, CDX2, CDX4). CDX2 regulates the differentiation and proliferation of intestinal epithelial cell, maintains the intestinal pheno, and play an important role in the development of the colon and intestinal epithelium. There are more and more attentions on the effect of CDX2 in the development of gastric cancer. This article reviews the effect of CDX2 gene.
