摘要
目的:考察浙贝母不同炮制品的内在质量。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法对浙贝母饮片不同炮制品进行贝母素甲、贝母素乙含量测定,采用热浸法进行浸出物含量测定和采用二氧化硫残留量测定法进行硫含量测定,C18色谱柱,乙腈∶水∶二乙胺(70∶30∶0.03)为流动相。结果浙贝母鲜切饮片的贝母素甲、贝母素乙含量、浸出物含量比硫熏浙贝母饮片高,石灰蛤粉浙贝母饮片次之,且硫熏浙贝母饮片的硫含量远远高于鲜切浙贝母饮片和石灰蛤粉浙贝母饮片。结论:本研究可为临床用药提供参考。
Objective :To investigate the quality of Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii. Methods:A HPLC -ELSD method was used for the determination of verticine and verticinone in Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii; the determination of extract was carried on by hot dipping method; the determination of sulfur was by So2 residue determination method;the optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on a C18 chromatographic column with an isocratic mobile phase con- sisting: of acetonitrile - water - diethylamine (70 : 30 : 0.03 ) . Results : The contents of verticlne and verticinone as well as extract in fresh- cat Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii decoction pieces were higher than that in sulfur - fumigated pieces. And the contents in Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii decoction pieces with lime desiccation were the lowest. While the con- tent of sulfur in sulfur - funigated pieces was much higher than that in fresh - cut Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii decoction pieces and Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii decoction pieces with lime desiccation. Conclusion:This study can provide a ref- erence for clinical medication.
