关于中西药联用模式中的问题及对策的探要

中、西药的合理联合使用,需要有效的方法全面了解患者的用药情况并依此给出针对性的指导。简单的经验性配伍禁忌的总结已渐显不足。而且,药物的效力和安全性也有待评价。提出以网络药理学为纽带可以将中西药有机统一起来,形成以患者为中心的模式,基于此可以系统评价联合所用用药物间的相互作用及给患者带来的影响。可以进一步构建基于中、西药相互作用数据库和网络药理学的信息系统,以辅助合理化用药决策和进行处方复核、药物监测等,为促进中西药的合理联用提供参考,同时为进一步的研究积累基础数据。

A good practice in integrating use of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and western medicine （WM） needs a more effective way to better know information relating to drugs that patients use and give proper instructions. Sim- ple empirical do~ and donts are becoming insufficient for clinical needs. Moreover,the efficacy and safety need to be as- sessed. In this paper we propose that network pharmacology could bridge the use of TCM and WM in a patient - centered model. Based on it,the TCM - WM drug interactions and total drug action to patients could be studied. And furthermore, the related informational framework based on database of drug interactions and network pharmacology could be built to aid rational drug use in clinical practice and accumulate data for further study.
