自拟中药复方对骨折手术病人炎性介质IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α血清表达的影响

Influence of Hospital self-made Herbal Compound on Fracture Surgery Patients Inflammatory Mediators IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α Expressions in Serum

目的:探讨自拟中药复方对骨折手术病人的血清炎性介质IL-1、IL-6以及TNF-α的影响。方法:选择2012年2月—2013年2月单纯性骨折患者(均为创伤后四肢长管状骨闭合性的骨折)90例,按照随机数表法将90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各组45例,观察组患者术后加用自拟复方,检测患者术前1 d、术后1 d以及术后1周的炎性介质IL-1、IL-6以及TNF-α血清表达的变化情况。结果:在术前1 d、术后1 d两组患者IL-1、IL-6以及TNF-α血清表达水平无差异,在术后1周观察组患者的IL-1、IL-6以及TNF-α血清表达水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药复方能够有效降低骨折手术患者的炎症介质IL-1、IL-6以及TNF-α血清表达水平,从而能够预防患者发生严重的炎症反应,有助于患者机体的康复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of hospital self - made herbal compound on the fracture surgery patient serum inflammatory mediators IL - 1, IL -6 and TNF - α. Methods： From February 2012 - February 2013 in our hos- pital,90 cases of simple fractures （ both post - traumatic limb closed long bone fractures）, according to a random number table method, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The observation group added hospital self - made herbal compound, detecting the inflammatory mediators IL - 1, IL - 6 and the expres- sion of TNF -α in serum in patients 1 day before surgery, 1 day and 1 week after treatment. Results ： 1 day before surger- y, 1 day and 1 week after treatment,patients＇IL - 1, IL -6 and TNF -α expression levels of serum in two groups had no difference. IL - 1, IL - 6 and TNF - α expression levels 1 week after surgery in treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The hospital self - made herbal compound can effectively reduce fracture surgery in patients with inflammatory mediators IL - 1, IL -6 and TNF -α expression levels in serum, can pre- vent the occurrence of severe inflammatory reactions in patients, and help patients the body; recovery.
