当归补血汤联合化疗对中晚期大肠癌术后患者免疫功能的影响

Study on Effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy for Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patients with Immune Function

目的:探讨当归补血汤联合化疗对中晚期大肠癌术后患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2010年12月—2012年6月收治的大肠癌术后患者76例,按照数字随机的方法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。其中对照组采用化疗进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合当归补血汤进行治疗,分别对患者化疗前后进行免疫功能指标的检测,并进行比较。结果:当归补血汤配合化疗对提高机体的免疫力,临床症状的改善、提高生活质量及减轻化疗的毒副反应方面,与单纯化疗组相比具有显着差异(P<0.05);尤其在提高免疫功能方面:观察组经治疗后的免疫指标CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8活性相对于治疗前有明显升高,与治疗前和对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;而对照组的免疫指标CD3+经治疗后却显著下降(P<0.05)。且观察组血清IgG和IgM含量明显升高,与治疗前相比,P<0.05,但两组血清IgA含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:当归补血汤能够提高大肠癌患者的免疫功能;与化疗联合使用时,能够改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To study the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined wtih chemotherapy for advanced colo- rectal cancer patients with immune function. Methods： 76 patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients from Decem- ber 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were studied. They were divided into two groups by randomly. Each group had 38 cases. The control group was treated by chemotherapy, while the experiment group was treated with Danggui Buxue De- coction on basis of the control group. The immune function of two groups would be observed and compared. Results ： Two groups were compared in our study. The immune indexes, the clinical symptoms, quality of life indictors, the tumor markers were all significantly improved in the treatment group, better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In par- ticular, the activity of NK cell activity and ratio of CD3 ＋ ,CD4 ＋,CD4 ＋/CD8＋ in treatment group were extraordinary en- hancement （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Although the ratio of CD3＋ was decreased a little in the control group, it had statistical signifi- cance （P 〈 0.05）. In the experiment group, the serum IgG and IgM levels were significantly increased, compared with those before treatment, it was significant, P 〈 0.05. But serum IgA levels had no significant changes of （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Danggui Buxue Decoction can improve the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer; when used in combination with chemotherapy,it can improve the patients＂ symptoms and improve the patients＂ quality of life.
