术前护理干预对腹腔镜下子宫切除患者焦虑的影响

The effect of preoperative nursing intervention on anxiety of the patient under going laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的 探讨对腹腔镜下子宫切除患者实施术前护理干预后的焦虑情况.方法 对2012年10月～2013年4月收治的80例腹腔镜下子宫切除患者随机分为两组,每组40例,观察组实施术前护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,并运用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）观察两组患者焦虑情况的改变.结果 护理干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分较对照组及干预前均降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采取术前综合护理干预,可使患者的焦虑程度减轻,树立战胜疾病的信心,提高患者主观能动性,积极配合手术治疗.

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative nursing intervention on anxiety of the patient under go- ing laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 80 cases with patients under going laparoscopic hysterectomy from October 2012 to April 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,every group 40 cases,the observation group received preop- erative nursing intervention while the control group received routine nursing interventions,Zung self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） was used to observe changes of anxiety situation in two groups.Results After nursing intervention,SAS scores of the observation group than that of the control group and before intervention were lower,with statistical differ- ence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To take preoperative nursing intervention,patients can reduce anxiety levels,establish the confidence to overcome the disease,improve patient initiative and actively cooperate with the surgery.
