经皮肾镜超声碎石术患者围术期的护理

Perioperative nursing care of patients for percutaneous ultrasonic nephrolithotripsy

目的 探讨经皮肾镜超声碎石术患者围术期的护理.方法 回顾性总结2011年11月～2013年2月收治的84例行经皮肾镜超声碎石术患者手术前后的护理体会.结果 观察组患者在心理状况方面,紧张占4.76％,恐慌占2.38％,平稳占92.86％,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.俯卧位呼吸时间耐受情况,观察组在60、90、120 min时分别为95.24％、85.71％、76.19％,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者术后感染率为0,对照组患者有6例出现并发症,占14.28％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 围术期周密而有序的护理是经皮肾镜超声术患者顺利康复的重要保证.

Objective To study the perioperative nursing care for percutaneous ultrasonic nephrolithotripsy.Methods The data of perioperative nursing care for 84 patients who given the operation of percutaneous ultrasonic nephrolithotripsy were summarized retrospectively.Results For the patients＇psychologic status in the observation group, nervous was 4.76%,fear was 2.38%,steady was 92.86% which were compared with the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.For the situation of prone position breathing time tolerance,the observation group after 60,90,120 minutes was 95.24%,85.71%,76.19% respectively,which compared with the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The infection rate in the observation group was 0,which was significantly different from that in the control group （6 cases,14.28%,P〈0.05）.Conchlslon Perioperative nursing care for percutaneous ultrasonic nephrolithotripsy is the important guarantee for patient＇s successful recovery.
