摘要
目的探讨老年患者行经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)术后出现认知功能障碍(POCD)的原因及护理对策。方法 22例POCD患者进行医疗干预,给予地西泮或氯丙嗪等对症支持治疗,并精心护理。结果 22例患者经积极治疗及精心护理均顺利康复出院。结论需要认识TURP术后POCD的病因,并给予相应治疗及护理,促进患者恢复。
Objective To investigate the nursing care for postoperative cognitive dysfunction （POCD）after transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）.Methods 22 patients with POCD received diazepam or chlorpromazine symptomatic seda- tion therapy,and also careful nursing care.Results 22 cases were all cured successfully and discharge with good recov- ery.Cortclusion POCD after TURP was not uncommon in clinical nursing care,the etiology should be well understood, and patients can be discharged when receied the corresponding nursing care.
