With the development of medical science and modem nursing concept change,to cultivate students＇ com- prehensive quality and ability to become the occupation is an important issue facing nursing occupation education.This paper expounds the connotation of comprehensive quality and occupation ability and relationship,and from the adjust- ment of curriculum,improve teaching methods and put forward the effective measures to improve the training of nursing students comprehensive quality and ability of occupation.
