临床实习是护理教学过程中的重要环节,医院是护生实习的重要基地,担负着护生实习期间的实践性教学任务,但目前护生临床实习中还存在许多问题,环境因素、心理因素、理论与实践相结合、安全防范意识、带教教师因素等较为突出。针对上述存在问题,应给予相应的带教调整,改变临床带教思路和方法,使护生顺利进入实习角色,以取得良好的带教效果。

For the above problems, it should give corresponding teaching adjustment, change the ideas and methods in clinical teaching, make the nursing students smoothly into the internship role, in order to obtain good teaching effect.
