摘要
介绍了掺 Tm3+石英光纤的研究概况与溶液掺杂法的简要工艺过程。着重阐述了制备工艺中稀土离子溶液浓度对掺杂浓度的影响 ,Tm3+掺杂浓度与 Tm3+特征吸收峰值间的关系。关于最佳掺杂浓度问题也进行了初步讨论。
In this paper,the development on of a thulium-dop ed silica fiber and the process of solution doping technique have been introduce d.The effect of the concentrat ion of the rare earth ion solution on the dopant concentration,and the relationship between the thulium concentration and the spe cial absorption peak have been described.The discussion about the optimum dopant concentration has been made finally.
