基于H桥级联型五电平逆变器的Matlab仿真分析

摘要 多电平逆变器广泛应用于电机调速等领域,本文在分析级联型逆变器的基础上,深入分析了SPWM控制技术及逆变器的谐波问题。通过Matlab/simulink软件对H桥级联型五电平逆变器进行建模仿真,得到了不同调制比情况下的电压及电流波形,并分析了不同调制比情况下的谐波问题。 Multi-level inverter has been wid61y used in motor speed regulation, and other fields.This paper first briefly introduced in the cascaded inverter,in-depth analysis of SPWM control technology and its harmonic problem.Based on the Matlab/simulink simulation platform,H-bridge cascaded inverter will be simulated.Then get the voltage and the current waveform by different modulation ratio, and analyzes the harmonic problems by different modulation ratio.
