摘要
以低聚糖为代表的各类半纤维素小分子衍生糖具有特殊的生物学功能,其制备的关键步骤之一是分离纯化。本文总结了半纤维素小分子衍生糖种类及其制备方法,重点对现有分离纯化方法迚行了综述和分析,相关问题的探讨对于高温液态水法制备半纤维素小分子衍生糖具有重要参考价值。
Small molecule hemicellulose derived saccharides, especially oligosaccharides, have special biological functions, and a key procedure of production is separation and purification. Besides the summary of kinds and production process of hemicellulose derived saccharides, the current methods of separation and purification are also emphasized in this paper. Relevant discussion would shed light on the separation and purification of small molecule hemicellulose derived saccharides gained by liquid hot water.
