摘要
目的研究降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测在肺部细菌感染治疗过程中的作用及应用价值。方法收集疑似肺部感染的患者血清样本120例,非感染体检样本68例,其中男性118例,女性70例,年龄8~65岁。通过临床表现、实验室检查、胸部X射线造影等手段,将患者分为:细菌感染组62例,病毒感染组35例,非典型性病原体感染组23例和无感染体检对照组68例,分别检测患者血清中PCT和hs—CRP浓度水平。结果细菌感染组血清中PCT和hs—CRP含量中位数分别为:32.5ng/mL和58.04mg/L;病毒感染组血清中PCT和hs-CRP含量中位数分别为:0.03ng/mL和4.23mg/L;非典型性病原体感染组血清中PCT和hs-CRP含量中位数分别为:O.33ng/mL和5.28mg/L;体检对照组PCT和hs—CRP含量中住数分别为:0.02ng/mL和3.28mg/L。结论细菌感染组中PCT和hs—CRP含量明显高于病毒感染组和非典型性病原体组(P〈0.05);联合检测血清中hs-CRP和PCT水平,并动态观察CRP和PCT水平变化,能够有利于细菌感染与病毒感染及非典型性病原体的鉴别,同时还能够评估抗菌药物的疗效。
Objective Study of Procalcitonin(PCT) and High Sensitive C-reactive Protein(hs-CRP) combined detection in the process of pulmonary bacterial infection treatment effect and application value. Methods Collect suspected serum samples of 120 patients with pulmonary infection, the non-infection medical test samples of 68 cases. Among which 118 were male, 70 were female, age:8 ~ 65 years old. By clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, chest X ray angiography, patients can be divided into., the bacterial infection group 62 cases;virus infection group 35 examples~ atypical pathogens infection group of 23 cases and non-infec- tion medical test group of 68 cases patients was detected PCT and hs-CRP levels in serum. Results PCT and hs-CRP median levels in bacterial infection group serum are:32.5 ng/mL and 58.04 mg/L; Viral infection group, serum PCT and hs-CRP median levels are:0.03 ng/mL and 4.23 mg/L; atypical pathogens infection group,serum PCT and hs-CRP median levels are..0.33 ng/mL and 5. 28 mg/L^non-infection medical test group of PCT and hs-CRP median levels are.-0.02 ng/mL and 3.28 mg/L. Conclusion PCT in bacterial infection group and the hs-CRP levels are significantly higher than the virus infection group and atypical pathogens group (P〈0.05). Combined detection of serum hs-CRP and PCT levels,and dynamic observation of CRP and PCT level change,is condu- cive to bacterial infection and virus infection and the atypical pathogen identification, will also be able to evaluate the efficacy of anti- biotics at the same time.
