抗癌制剂SY914的制备及体内抗肿瘤活性实验研究

The experimental study on antitumor agent SY914.

目的 SY914制剂及其抗肿瘤活性。方法 对细菌菌种的分离、筛选、鉴定、研制SY914其主要药效学试验 (急性毒性试验、细胞微核试验、生殖毒试验、小鼠体内外抗肿瘤活性试验 )。结果 SY914制剂和日本OK— 432相似 ,可激发机体抗肿瘤免疫力 ,而且对肿瘤细胞有杀伤作用。结论 SY914是一种理想的高效、低毒、广谱的新型微生物抗肿瘤制剂。

To study on antitumor effect of SY914.Methods Preparation SY914 was prepared,and its chief pharmacodynamics and antitumor effect were studied in vivo in mice.Results SY914 did not only excite the antitumoric immunity but also cytoctony for tumor cell.Conclusion SY914 is an antitumor agent,may be used to treat tumor.
