摘要
介绍并分析了电厂继电保护定值风险评估的重要性和现状,提出符合电厂继电保护实际情况的、基于专家系统的电厂继电保护定值风险评估的软件系统。分析了继电保护定值风险评估的过程和需求,提出了基于专家系统的风险评估方法,并阐述了该系统的设计思想和功能特点。
This paper introduces and analyzes importance and status quo of definite value risk estimation for relay protection in power plant and proposes definite value risk estimation software system based on expert system for relay protection which conforms to physical truth of relay protection. It analyzes process and requirements of definite value risk estimation for relay protection and proposes risk estimation method based on expert system. In addition, it states design idea and function characteristics of this system.
