摘要 天气的多变性导致光伏出力具有一定的波动性和间歇性,为光伏系统配置合理的储能装置是一种常用的平抑波动、平衡负荷的方法。为此,提出一种光伏储能协调运行系统模型的动态规划算法,并以平衡负荷为目标,建立光伏储能协调运行系统的动态数学模型。该模型充分考虑蓄电池的充放电速度、充放电效率、单位控制时间长短以及剩余电量等蓄电池自身运行约束。以一组光伏发电和负荷需求数据为算例进行分析,证明该动态模型有效以及将动态规划算法应用于光伏储能协调运行系统的可行性及优越性。 Variety of weather may result in volatility and intermittent of photovoltaic output. Reasonable configuration of energy storage device is a kind of common method for stabilizing fluctuation and balancing load of photovoltaic system, Therefore, this paper proposes a kind of dynamic programming algorithm for photovoltaic energy storage coordina- tion operation system model. Taking balanced load as target, it introduces establishment of dynamic mathematical model for photovoltaic energy storage coordination operation system which is fully considering of self operational restrictions including charge and discharge speed, efficiency , unit control time length and dump energy of the storage battery. Taking a group of data of photovoltaic power generation and load requirement as example, it analyzes and proves effectiveness of this dynamic model and feasibility and advantage of application of this dynamic programming algorithm in photovoltaic energy storage co- ordination operation system.
